    I applied for a contract of R 500.00 which consisted of two devices, it was brought down to one and it still declined and I was told about a low credit scoring. I would like clarity as to how it’s calculated as I don’t understand.

      As you need clarity about the calculation, you can make a call @ 0800 124 000 and talk to the executive about this issue and moreover, email can also be done. The Executives will give you clearance as soon as possible.

  2. I have entered into the WiFi contact of R199 package which gave me 20gigs. I always pay by debit order, now I am been billed about R699. I have never used beyond the limit. Always it tells us data is finished. Please investigate the fraud behind this case, I can’t make a deal and been changed without my concern.

  3. Dispute/incorrect billing, my debit order is the 15th of each month. I’ve got a new contract 19th last month wich is billed twice for 1st January 31 & 1st February 28. Can this be attended to or be resolved. Something is horrible wrong this bill.

Can you please explain why the signal in birch acres is so weak as we have lte coverage and the tower is very close…I am tired of speaking to agents who do not have the necessary training to answer and to pay for a non existant service as best I get if that is 2G for the past weeks. I have been with Telkom for more than 10 years . It is not my system which is faulty it is your signal and/or tower !!!

  5. I submitted a request on the 6th of November 2017 for my mobile account to be cancelled on the 31st of January 2018. The reference number for the request is 21641050. I am now in New Zealand. It is now the 5th of March and a monthly debit has come off my account. Please can you confirm the cancellation of this account and explain the additional debit. Kind Regards. Ananda Sleeman.

  6. i have a problem that is not solved till this day, i took 2 contract phones last year september , telkom is billing me incorrect, they also deducting on two different dates, now i’m owing because on the second deduction date they don’t get money in my account, and again my other number cannot call the other number,
    i have lodged a complaint but they cant solve my problem, they tell me to call the call center, the call center says i must go to the branch were i took the contract, i have been to the branch more than 3 times

    1. Huawei P10 lite for R219
    2. Huawei mobile Wi-Fi for R139

    R219 was deducted from my account on Saturday the 10th March 2018 which I thought it is for the Phone but today I received the mobile Wi-Fi.

    I’m using Telkom mobile service to run my small business on day to day, problem started on 01/04/18 when I discovered there is NP network in my area (Delmas MP province) u thought it will be back in hours time.

    On the 05/04/18 I contacted call centre to several caller agents in early hours lodging my complain and I was told to put my sim on other phone which I did before thought its my phone, and some few people I know who use same network we gave same problem till to date.

    What really makes me angry I bought airtime and data days before but I can’t use it and my money is drained with water and nothing happened from technical dept as reported.

    Please give us clear indication as what to do.
