What is Myntra’s 30 day Return and Exchange Policy? How does it work?

The company provides the facility for easy return and exchange policy. Customers can return or exchange the products which are ordered online within the time period of 30 days. The company will only check the tags, and packing and preserve its original condition. The company provides this facility in two different ways:

  • Pick up: The Company provides the free pick up option in most of the locations. When you are registering your request to the company you will see the ‘Pick Up ‘option there.
  • Self-Ship: In most of the locations the company does not provide the pickup facility.     my order has been processing from 10 days…plz take action urgently

    • Refund will be initiated after we receive the item at our warehouse and it passes quality check. Refund time depends on the mode of the refund
