- Claim Processing: Here the special claim care team will going to access the claims. They will also inform the customer if any further document is required to.
- Claim Settlement: If your claim request is approved by the claim care team, the claim will be settled within 12 working days.

How Much Time Does It Take To Settle A Claim?
Once the claim request is approved and the claim care executive get all the required documents, the claim will be settled in 12 working days. In some of the cases such as the time limit is given as follows:

How Will I Receive The Claim Amount?
The customer will receive the Claim amount by two methods:
- Cheque Payments: A cheque will be drawn from ICICI Bank which will be sent to you at the address mentioned in the intimation form or statement that you provided at the time of filling The Claim Form. But in non-serviceable areas, the cheque is sent to a local branch with an instruction to forward it to the mentioned address.
- Electronic Clearing Service: In this service you need to submit the ECS instructions along with a cancelled cheque, and the claim amount will be transferred directly to your bank account.
