Answer: If any customer wants to register the Phone banking services they are required to call on 1800 425 1199 and then select the option.
Then customer care executive will attend the call and they must have any one of the following set of information ready with him them

About Federal Bank
It is an Indian commercial bank in the private sector that started its operations from the year 1931with its headquarters on the banks of the river Periyar. The institute operates its business under the supervision of 14 founders in which some of them is Sri. Pattamukkil Varattisseril Oommen Varghese, Oommen Chacko, Oommen Kurian, Oommen George and others.
Firstly the bank was established with the name as Travancore Federal Bank. The name Federal Bank Limited was officially given in the year 1947. Later, the name was gradually transformed into a full-fledged bank in the leadership of Mr. K P Hormis who is the founder of this bank. Soon after establishment the bank was become one of the strongest and most popular banks in the country. The corporation was the ideal banking associate of Micromax ODI Cricket Series 2012 which was played between India and Sri Lanka.
As far as Capital Base is concerned, it is considered to be 4th largest Indian Bank. With more than 1107 branches and 1171 ATMs in India, the association is trying to spread its stem in all over the world. Recently, the corporation opened its 1000th branch in Kerala and now it is the 1st group from Kerala to cross the landmark of 1000 branch network.
